Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during busy periods.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive 7–14 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Countries and shipping costs

We currently support delivery to more than 40 countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout for the selected delivery address and order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email the tracking details after the order is dispatched.

Duties and import taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges.
