Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

2. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
4. Return the item(s) promptly, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item during the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly at no additional cost.

Additional Notes:
- Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
